ACHETS APPLICATION FORM PURCHASE AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Guidelines and Payment Instructions

Dear Prospective Applicants,

Thank you for your interest in the Association for Christian Higher Education and Theological Schools (ACHETS). We appreciate your interest in joining our association and look forward to receiving your application.

Before completing the online individual or corporate membership application, applicants are required to pay the applicable application fee, annual membership fee, and certificate of membership fee. These payments are mandatory requirements for the membership application process, in accordance with ACHETS policy.

After making the required payments, applicants must submit proof of payment through WhatsApp or email. Once payment has been verified, the online application form link will be provided via WhatsApp or email. Applicants can then access the link, complete the application form, and submit it electronically.

All subsequent information and official correspondence will be communicated through the email address and phone number provided during the application process.

REQUIRED FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Please review the applicable fees for your preferred membership category or programme before making payment.

Important: All payments for application forms, membership fees, certificates, awards, and professional courses must be made into one of the designated bank accounts listed in this document.

A. Individual Membership

The following fees apply to individual membership applications:

The application fee, annual membership dues, and certificate fee are payable once at the time of application. The annual membership dues cover the applicable membership year, and dues must be paid annually for each subsequent year of membership.

B. Corporate Membership

The following fees apply to corporate membership applications:

₦100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only).

C. ACHETS Excellence Awards

Applicants interested in the ACHETS Excellence Awards should note the following fees:

Award Fee
Suggested donation of $500 / #100,000 naira (one hundred thousand naira) for each award is required.

D. Chartered Professional Course

Applicants enrolling in the ACHETS Chartered Professional Course are required to pay the following fees:

₦300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira Only).

The application fee, annual membership dues, and course fee are payable once at the time of application. The annual membership dues cover the applicable membership year, and dues must be paid annually for each subsequent year of membership.

HOW TO PURCHASE THE APPLICATION FORM AND MAKE PAYMENT

To begin the membership application process, applicants must first pay the applicable fees and submit their payment details for verification.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Select Your Membership Category or Programme

Determine whether you are applying for Individual Membership, Corporate Membership, an ACHETS Excellence Award, or the Chartered Professional Course.

Step 2: Make the Required Payment

Calculate the applicable fees for your selected category and transfer the total amount to one of the designated bank accounts listed below.

Step 3: Complete the Payment Submission Form

After making payment, complete the payment submission form with the following information:

Organisation/Company Name and Address

Message or Payment Description

Step 4: Upload Proof of Payment

Upload your payment receipt or a clear screenshot of the completed transaction as evidence of payment.

Step 5: Wait for Payment Verification

The ACHETS team will review the submitted payment details. Once payment has been confirmed, the online application form link will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.

Step 6: Complete and Submit Your Application

Click the application link provided, fill in all required information, and submit the online application form.

Please ensure that all information supplied is accurate and that your contact details are active to facilitate communication throughout the application process.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE PAYMENT FORM

Please note that the payment submission form is NOT the official membership application form.

The payment form is used exclusively to collect applicants' contact information and proof of payment for verification purposes.

The actual online membership application form will be provided only after the submitted payment has been verified.

Applicants should therefore follow the prescribed payment and verification process before attempting to complete the online membership application.

Please note that all application fees, charges, and other payments made to the Association are non-refundable.

Applicants are not entitled to a refund of fees or other charges that have already been paid. The Association reserves the right to review, change, or introduce new fees and charges without prior notice.
